Limos8 has developed and implemented a unique Quality Assurance process to establish and maintain its supplier network worldwide.

The Quality Assurance process is a standard operating procedure that describes the steps taken to locate, select, control, evaluate our suppliers across the globe. The process lasts at least 12 months, and some phases last indefinitely.

The goal of this process is to:

Our specialized supplier relations team, led by an Affiliate Manager, determines and finally onboards a potential supplier through the Quality Assurance process in 5 phases:

Vetting phase

Numerous actions are made to obtain the highest-level mandatory requirements from the potential supplier, such as business registration certificates, general liability and vehicle insurances, solvency, the drivers’ criminal and driving records, their appearance and manners, level of English.

Onboarding phase

The phase consists of actions taken to impose and incorporate the highest standards of our industry into the business of potential suppliers. The synchronization and unification are reached by intensive negotiations with the potential supplier and, eventually by signing the contract between two parties.

III

Auditing phase

This phase is actually a “trial” period, during which our specialized supplier relations team conducts numerous on-site checkings, usually invisible to the supplier, such as frequent “ghost rides”. Thus, we have a comprehensive insight into the supplier´s quality of performance. The auditing process lasts at least 3 months and it is a decisive milestone for further collaboration.

Evaluating phase
The supplier`s responsiveness, compliance, flexibility, complaints and drivers` performance are monitored by recurrent quality control audits. All these categories are rated separately to form the final score which qualifies the supplier for further deployment or not. Thus, we ensure the highest quality of service is constantly delivered and performed without any quality decrease. This phase lasts indefinitely.

Extension phase
This phase consists of the actions intended to improve already established quality of service and bring more value to the business, through our technological innovations, customer-orientated approach implementation and counseling about new trends and challenges in our industry.

Our Reservations Team attentively monitors the communication, checks if all the necessary service details are provided and correct, and again, double checks the service details prior to the service. Additionally, our Dispatch Team ensures that the service unfolds according to the booking request and reacts quickly to any amendments.

The pickup time changes are possible and free of charge. Additional charges would only apply if a change is requested at the last minute or if the driver is already on the way to the pickup location.

The booking modifications can be made at any time but some modifications that are different from the originally booked service may result in additional charges. The last-minute modifications are usually accepted but cannot be guaranteed by Limos4.

All our chauffeurs are licensed and always smartly dressed in a suit, shirt and tie. Each of the drivers is fluent in English and has comprehensive local knowledge.
The driver would engage in conversation only if addressed by the passenger, respecting their privacy. The chauffeur would keep the conversation in general terms, avoiding discussing personal circumstances.

If preferred, we would assign the same driver for the whole trip and for the next one as well. The exceptions would be made only if the driver has already been assigned another job in the meantime, is on an annual leave or has health issues.

Yes, we can and we will do our best to meet all your onboard preferences.

Yes, the driver will wait for the passengers as long as needed. However, after the grace waiting time, every starting hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of hourly service for the assigned vehicle.

When the passengers, arriving on different flights, share the same vehicle, the driver who monitors both or more flights, meets and greets the passengers who arrive first and kindly ask them to be patient and wait for the other passengers to arrive. Once the passenger list is checked, the driver escorts the passengers to the vehicle.

Yes, without paying for it in advance. A call, an email or just a message would do and no pre-payment is needed. The final report on additional costs would be presented after the service along with the payment link or invoice. Please note the modifications cannot be arranged with the driver but with Limos4 Customer Care Team only.

As the service can end earlier than previously booked, the passenger would only pay the minimum hours of service or as many hours as used. Our Reservation Team agents would always point out the minimum hours of service when submitting the price offer.

We devote utmost attention to preparation and prevention. However, as in any line of work, there are circumstances that occur independently of us and that cannot be foreseen. If there is an incident, our prompt 24/7 reaction will follow in order to avoid or mitigate the consequences. All incidents are automatically reported to the Limos4 incident management that will take all necessary actions leading to satisfactory solutions and indemnities for the clients.

All major credit cards are accepted for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A bank transfer as a payment method is also possible. We only do not accept cash payments. As a regular client, you can request to receive monthly invoices, instead of paying on a ride-by-ride basis. A credit note option is also possible for future bookings.

Discounted rates are available for regular clients. As we promote a client-oriented approach, discounted rates would gladly be offered to all clients who book larger volumes of services or organize an event with Limos4.

Yes. The company with such a request would be given a special promo code and clear instructions for its employees, enabling them to book the service by themselves in a quick and easy way.

It is possible, for your convenience. We usually request a credit card authorization form to be completed in order to avoid eventual disputes.

No. A signed contract is highly welcome, but still not necessary.
